| I used my stencil collection to give new life to this thrift store linen dress. The original dress had 4 machine embroidered floral designs along the bottom of the front. As you can see by the detail shot, I printed my stencil designs weaving them in and around the original embroidery. To bring more interest to the long front tab, I added stenciled and rubber stamped images and a new collection of my favorite buttons. I removed the tie belt and used it to create some inset ties across the back with repeating the stenciling there as accents at the ties and neck. |
