| The start for this drawing was my Rio #114 sewing pattern. I traced
the actual pattern pieces onto drawing paper, randomly overlapping them.
Next, I worked into the drawing with soft pencils and chalk pastels.
I loved using some of the symbols we use in sewing patterns as elements on
the drawing. I also used several of my stencils with
smudged pencil on this piece. |
