| This one is washed Tafetta with a great sheen to the surface. I wrinkled and stitched some of the fold and took some pleats in the sleeve for interest. I hemmed the garment first then pleated and stitched the vertical folds to get the interesting hem shape the the bottom of the front. I love this crinkled neckline under vests and jackets...it gives the appearance of a scarf at the neckline. |
